Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SwitchScribe. Registered in Singapore.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, uploading media, or subscribing to SwitchScribe, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Prohibited Uses & Scraping Restrictions
You agree not to use SwitchScribe to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or upload malicious payloads.You may not use our URL import feature to scrape or download content from streaming platforms (including YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify) in violation of their terms of service.
3. Subscription, Quotas & Singapore Billing (SGD)
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal prior to the renewal date. Unused monthly quota does not roll over. Top-up minute packs do not expire.
4. Ownership of Intellectual Property
You retain full, exclusive ownership and intellectual property rights in and to all audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, and outputs generated through SwitchScribe.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
